In today's digital age, managing personal assets is crucial. From jewellery to digital licenses, assets are integral to our lives. However, as the number of assets increases, tracking them becomes challenging. Traditional methods like spreadsheets are outdated. A solution is needed to track assets comprehensively, including details like images, invoices, warranties, and reminders, in a secure digital archive.

User-Friendly

Minimal inputs and maximum usage, with additional features like text / image search, change audit logs and recently added/ modified to track any changes done to the data.

Customizable

Helps manage any type of assets be it physical or digital, and define any and as many Tags to classify the asset within different groups, including building hierarchical relationships for easier tracking and recognizing assets that may be related on any characteristic.

Secure Data

The underlying data is only stored on your device, and is always remains encrypted, secured by a password that is only known to the user. As and when any information is retrieved, only the associated data is decrypted at that point of in memory on the fly.

Data in any backup done by the system always remains encrypted. Access to the app is further secured by the device passcode or Face ID.

By adding reminders to the assets, you can make sure you never miss out on important event notifications related to that asset. For instance, expiration dates, subscription renewal dates, asset periodic service dates, reminder to recall lent items etc. , or any other reason to add a reminder related to an asset.

Transactions let you record the details of an event related to that asset after it has happened, which you may want to recall at a later point of time … e.g repair, damage/ change , servicing etc details with associated costs/ bills. Again the nature of the event recorded is left to the users imagination.

Audit Logs help track any change made to asset information

Flexible Data Backup and Secure Storage

Manual Cloud Backup: Safeguard your data by manually backing up to your personal iCloud or Google Drive. Define the number of backup versions you wish to retain and seamlessly restore data when needed.

System Backup: Alternatively, rely on your device's system backup to safeguard data up to the time of the last backup. This ensures data preservation in case of device loss or damage.

In either options, your data remains highly secure and encrypted within your device environment.

showing the name ( Tag Type ) of collection Currently on Display. By clicking on the Tag Type value, the list of all available Tag Types that have an asset defined under them is displayed. By selecting any Tag Type the Collection on Display changes to that Tag Type. The system always remembers the last displayed Collection, and automatically opens that whenever you switch back or restart the app.

Category is the only mandatory Tag type, and an asset MUST have at least one Tag Value from the Category Tag Type.

There is no limit on number of Tag Values a single Asset can have nor the number of Assets that can have the same Tag Value.

No, a Tag Value is unique across all Tag Types, and cannot be the same for two different Tag Types

Yes, a Tag Value and Tag Type can have the same value. This is how we define a hierarchical relationship between two tag Values. ( see the FAQ on Hierarchical relationship between Tag Values to better understand this)

Hierarchical relationships between Tag Values, allow you to group Assets under various levels of Sub Groups in a Hierarchical manner. To define a hierarchical relationship between two Tag values, a Tag Value must also be defined as a Tag type. By doing so the Tag Values of this same named new Tag Type will have a hierarchical child relationship with the Tag Value that shares its parent Tag Type name. Its a little confusing initially, so refer to the following example

E.g. Tag Value 'A' is also defined as a Tag Type 'A' with Tag Values 'AA' and 'AB'. In this case assets having Tag Values "AA" and/or "BB" automatically inherit the Tag Value "A". There is no defined limit on this level of hierarchy.

This can be further better explained with a real life example ...Assume "CLOTHES" is one of the Tag Values under the Tag Type "CATEGORY"." CLOTHES" is also defined as a Tag Type with its own Tag values being "SHIRTS", "TROUSERS" and "JACKETS". Going further, "SHIRTS" is also defined as a Tag Type with its Tag Values as "FORMAL_SHIRTS" and "CASUAL_SHIRTS". Now if we assign an asset the Tag Value "FORMAL_SHIRTS", it will automatically inherit the Tag Values "SHIRTS" and "CLOTHES".

You can locate all the assets sharing a Tag Value in multiple ways - Under Settings Manage Tag Values, all Tag Values with a count of Assets having that Tag Value is displayed on the right side, against the selected Tag Type on the Left Column. By long pressing the Tag Value, the collection of Assets having that Tag type are displayed. - When viewing any Asset in its Detail Screen, if you long Press on any Tag Value belonging to that Asset, the collection of Assets having that Tag type are displayed.
