kluteřIn today's digital age, managing personal assets is crucial. From jewellery to digital licenses, assets are integral to our lives. However, as the number of assets increases, tracking them becomes challenging. Traditional methods like spreadsheets are outdated. A solution is needed to track assets comprehensively, including details like images, invoices, warranties, and reminders, in a secure digital archive.
Minimal inputs and maximum usage, with additional features like text / image search, change audit logs and recently added/ modified to track any changes done to the data.
Helps manage any type of assets be it physical or digital, and define any and as many Tags to classify the asset within different groups, including building hierarchical relationships for easier tracking and recognizing assets that may be related on any characteristic.
The underlying data is only stored on your device, and is always remains encrypted, secured by a password that is only known to the user. As and when any information is retrieved, only the associated data is decrypted at that point of in memory on the fly.
Data in any backup done by the system always remains encrypted. Access to the app is further secured by the device passcode or Face ID.
You can now add custom fields to assets, allowing you to include extra information based on your needs. These fields are fully customizable and support field types such as TEXT, DATE, NUMBER, and LOCATION.
You don’t need to create new fields every time. We prioritize reusability, so you can reuse your created custom fields. Additionally, to streamline the process, you don’t need to add fields manually for the same type of asset each time. Simply map the fields to tags, and they will automatically be added when you apply the tag.
Users can now share their digital assets information with other D'kluteř users through the Share functionality. They can select and limit the asset details before sharing along with a preset expiry date for the data. The end-to-end encryption ensures that the data is only accessible by intended recipient. Recipient can simultaneously view and store different sets of asset information from same or different users, which are securely partitioned.
Adding new assets is now faster, convenient, and more intuitive than ever. Our Streamlined process reduces the time and effort required to input asset details. To improve it further we have removed the restriction of every asset requiring at least one image on D'kluteř.
Manage your asset attachments such as drag and drop re-sequencing and rename directly in app with ease. This update offers improved tools for adding, editing, and organizing attachments. It ensures all related documents are at your fingertips. It allow features like image re-sequencing, document rename, and access advance image editing tools such as background removal, etc. after saving.
Access detailed information about your asset attachments through the newly introduced tab. This feature provides information on the attachments related to an asset and audit logs to make it simpler to manage associated documents within D'kluteř.
Our search functionality now encompasses reminders and transactions. Quickly locate specific events or records related to your assets including or excluding assets with specific attachment types. Users can locate assets with greater flexibility and granularity.
Simplify asset management with our intuitive app. Input title, description, and category tags for assets, and effortlessly upload photos, videos, documents and audio clips related to it. Optionally, import/export asset information via CSV for bulk additions/ modifications.
With this app in hand, searching and navigating for assets becomes a breeze, even enjoyable!
By adding reminders to the assets, you can make sure you never miss out on important event notifications related to that asset. For instance, expiration dates, subscription renewal dates, asset periodic service dates, reminder to recall lent items etc. , or any other reason to add a reminder related to an asset.
Transactions let you record the details of an event related to that asset after it has happened, which you may want to recall at a later point of time … e.g repair, damage/ change , servicing etc details with associated costs/ bills. Again the nature of the event recorded is left to the users imagination.
Audit Logs help track any change made to asset information
Manual Cloud Backup: Safeguard your data by manually backing up to your personal iCloud or Google Drive. Define the number of backup versions you wish to retain and seamlessly restore data when needed.
System Backup: Alternatively, rely on your device's system backup to safeguard data up to the time of the last backup. This ensures data preservation in case of device loss or damage.
In either options, your data remains highly secure and encrypted within your device environment.

collection Currently on Display. By clicking on the Tag Type value, the list of all available Tag
Types that have an asset defined under them is displayed. By selecting any Tag Type the Collection
on
Display changes to that Tag Type. The system always remembers the last displayed Collection, and
automatically opens that whenever you switch back or restart the app.
